If I Were A Boy-Beyonce
Beyonce’s honey toned voice hitting the right notes with the suitable emotion-A broken hearts’ feelings depicts the meaning of the chorus. Like a gentle cry in pain with many ‘’i love you’s but...’’ behind. Exposing women’s so obvious secret, the vulnerability expose as much either sex tries to stay strong , lying ‘im ok (when im actually not)’ excuses. See it this way “If i were a boy i’d be treating you this way. “ We just want to be loved, faithfully in the 2 way street of love.
Good song-catchy lyrics, nicely easy assembled tunes. Will get overplayed though. And don’t get me started with mobile phone ringtones. This is a good song ladies, cherish it. Don’t over expose it *jokes*.I’m sure it’ll reach number 1 in the music charts.

Ray Lamontagne
Finally!!! For months i've been waiting for Ray's music to get some more exposure.Only until yesterday,I read JOHN MAYER'S BLOG and the man was hailing his own kind.
"I can't get over how powerful he is. He's so pure, it's arresting. If you want to know a songwriter's songwriter, and a singer's singer, it's Ray.
I should be writing songs when his CDs are playing."
It was sometime in spring, one artist led to another in the time of doing some musical research since I was hungry for something fresh, musically. That's when I came across this beardy fellow crooning in a husky tone over this ravishing ballad.
Hold You In My Arms
Cupid shot me instantly.Hold me in your arms Rayy...
Ray has a new album out 'Gossip in the Grain'.But before getting into that, here are some recommended tunes from his previous albums.
John makes the right music judgements.I think we both do LOL (perasan =P)

A Slight 'Bond' Fever
How intriguing is this? A blend of two artists from dissimilar genres producing a unique sound for the latest James Bond ‘Quantum of Solace’ movie soundtrack. As hyped up about it as I was in when I first read about this unique collaboration months ago, I got the opposite reaction when I told a few people. But I hope this would convince them once again. Both artists keep it real, blending blues and rock together, appending nervy dramatic tones. Jack’s trademark guitar riffs (i like how he struts his edgy guitar skills) fusing together with Alicia’s piano playing and silky vocals; looks like we’ve got another masterpiece here people. For some, experimental music can result in a ghastly outcome, but this one was well depicted. Setting the right mood for the movie, the theme is so Bond.Mysteriously dark, deep and rawwww!!!
